Pros
A good infrastructure: office management, accounting, tea, foosball, etc. Good official salary for local area, allowing you to afford mortgage. English courses 50% paid by employer in office in working hours. I saw nobody quit to another Chelyabinsk company, Saint-Petersburg is the worst case. Sensible and wise AppliedTech management itself (I mean MM). Since Dec 2014 there is real opportunity to visit Boston at the hackathon event.
Cons
Weird security at the entrance (backpacks check, no photo) Project management varies widely depending on which project do you work: could be the Good, the Bad and the Ugly. Most of projects are maintenance, legacy code hence.
