The company presents itself as highly professional externally, but my experience internally was quite different. Communication within some parts of leadership felt inconsistent, and there appeared to be significant internal politics. In my observation, high-performing employees were sometimes placed on performance improvement plans or moved off projects in ways that were difficult to understand. During my time there, I saw multiple leadership and team changes, including departures of senior managers and several developers across different technology teams. This created a sense of instability within projects. Some team members and clients seemed frustrated by communication gaps and shifting priorities. In certain cases, project communication was not always consistent. Another challenge was compensation timing. Salary payments were often delayed beyond the expected schedule, and statutory contributions and final settlements could take longer than expected to process. Overall, the organization could benefit from stronger transparency, clearer communication from leadership, and more stable internal processes.
