      Soho location pretty cool; glimpse into e-commerce world.

      Cons

      Everything. There are favorites, in other words if you speak French sky is the limit. Training is poor and done rather quickly, on top of that they expect you to know everything and dive into it. They also lie in the interview, and lie in the job post. Absolutely terrible and stressful place to work.

      Pros

      Worked remotely during 2020 winter holiday season, ample time to do my thesis projet while on shift and exceed work phone call/sales goals. Got a neat $600 bonus in visa gift cards that season.

      Cons

      specific managers- Zarya, and Sunnya were unprofessional in their conduct. They would refuse to help you with urgent escalated customers and publicly call you out over teams app. No accountaibility for their roles and would micromanage.
