1. You have to remove foot wear before entering the office that's not even a office that's a house of the ceo 2. Be ready work on deadlines that a human can't meet 3. They heavily depend on vibe code you won't learn a single thing instead you'll become dumb as rock if you stay there more then 3 months 4. I could write more but there a lot of cons like no breaks, you'll get judged if you take 15 mins break for no reason no proper hierarchy what's so ever , 5. You have write the code review it your self and you yourself is going to push the code to production

1. Great for newcomers, they literally hamper u and give you time to learn and watch over u. 2. give u tasks slowly as u started gaining experience. 3. Timing is flexible and 5 days workdays gives excellent work life balance with none toxic hr policies. 4. On time salary, onboarding and exit is smooth and supportive.

1. Sometimes u must learn things by urself, seniors r hell busy. sometimes u feel u need someone to tech u with some task or concept u stuck with but they won't be there there to clear that concept for u. 2. office ambience is not good(specially washroom) which does not affect newcomers as they focus on learning but for seniors it might be stressful. 3. growth and pay might be low for seniors.
