      Army job is better than work in this toxic company

      If Someone come even 5 minutes late then half day salary will deduct Long working hours are consistent since joined in July 2022 as a software trainee From top to bottom backend developers knows nothing Salary never getting on time, comes after 6 months delay you have to work even on holiday Salary payments are not consistent and are significantly delayed; in some cases, salaries were received after several months. Due to these issues, multiple employees resigned recently because salary commitments were not fulfilled. last week multiple people give resignation as they are not providing salary You have to work 15 hours in a day most of the time if you join this company

      Work from office is mandatory with no flexibility 6 Day working with around 50+ hours per week GenZ please avoid this company if u dont want stress You have to work even on holidays No holiday on saturday all good reviews about appventurez are fake Client Data is not safe Worst company for GenZ Not getting salary 1 year delay since I joined in July 2022 as a backend developer Salary has not been paid on time
