I have never enjoyed coming to work every day like I do here. This is a small and new company which is such a refreshing contrast to the larger multi billion dollar corporations I have been with in the past. The work space, PEOPLE, executive leadership all still care about the company and staff. CEO actively spends time with employees and is extremely personable. Work load is manageable. I look forward to coming to work every day. Never had this before Apricity. Thankful to be here!
Cons
401K matching is non existent but in the works and to change soon. Commute to edge of downtown may be a con for some depending on home location. Because of company size advancement can be limited
