Not the best Solar Company in the world. - Sales Representative Apricot Solar Employee Review

These cons are strictly my own opinions. It really starts with poor compensation compared to industry standard. The main problem I had personally was the unpaid bonuses. I have over $17,000 in earned bonuses that simply were never paid. When you ask about them they always would say they are coming next month but that never happened. Unfortunately, many past sales reps left for the same reason. Also, there is a very high turnover rate with their top sales reps that was very concerning .
