Finally! An ABA company that has its head on straight. The leadership team has a ton of experience and work well together. They've built out systems that really give that work/life balance. The supervision is actual mentorship. We have clinical conversations, not just check off a list making sure my treatment plans are in on time and I'm hitting my billable hours.
