Pros

Working with scientists and explaining their work is cool! Senior team members will always take the time to explain and teach things Everyone is very organised, and you pick those skills up naturally Clients tend to be lovely, and do work that is good for the world The business has carved out a reputation/expertise in a niche space, which has made it very successful A lot of time and effort is put into maintaining a close-knit, warm culture Good holiday benefits

Cons

There is a culture of working long hours - whatever it takes to get the job done Progression depends on hitting very specific targets, which are sometimes not related to your day-to-day responsibilities A somewhat vague relationship with the ownership group

Pros

Felt extremely valued as an intern, as management focused on retention with an employee first mentality!

Cons

Honestly no cons, as management was extremely accommodating!

Pros

Most people were nice and kind. My manager was okay and as supportive as they could be. It wasn't the worst place to work.

Cons

Leadership and new business management felt non existent. Truly did not feel secure with that team leading the ship. did not feel heard or like my insight mattered. Scopes never made sense and were so vague and their clients take advantage every time. Absolutely no boundaries. It's comical. Often times the work they were doing might as well have been free. You wonder why profits are low and clients jump ship to better agencies?!
