Pros
Aprio is an organization that embraces change and innovation. Often you hear that in recruiting but it doesn't really prove out, at Aprio they are serious about that. I love that much of the work I do directly grows and improves the organization in someway. I love the trust that they give their employees to be flexible in their work schedule and the ability to work from anywhere. Since I've been here, there have been multiple reasons to bring the larger team together to collaborate and learn. Aprio is in constant growth and wants us to also be continuously learning as a team and individually. I love that. Because I get opportunities to meet the larger team, learn from them as well as pursue education directly related to my position and interests. I can't say enough about the team I work with, they are great and truly work hard to make amazing things happen.
Cons
Aprio is growing and changing very fast, which can lead to holes, confusion and lots of extra hours.
