I am saddened to hear that you feel there is a lack of commitment to our employees, as every individual, whether their employment originated at Apryse or has joined us through acquisition, should be valued and treated the same. Your statement that only individuals in upper management or exceptional performers receive recognition is concerning, as one of our primary goals is to cultivate a culture of meritocracy and equal opportunity.
