      Hi, I have been working as an Associate Engineer in Aptean for the past 1.5 years. It's been a great journey there are so many opportunities and technologies for a fresher to learn. It's a great start for a fresher to kick-start their journey.

      Great environment, the culture is truely incresible

      Cons

      Slight last of confidence in the future. Recent re-orgs, very single threaded in critical support areas, and ambiguity around when functionalities/tech will be launch give a bit of concern.

      The salary compensation was fairly decent.

      Cons

      Strict 5 day in office policy, the company is not very diverse, minimal growth opportunities, Senior leadership creates a toxic working environment and shows favoritism among employees, and most teams work in silos so there’s minimal collaboration and support.
