Pros
* Coworkers generally were pretty good in general. * Management cared but were seemingly powerless most of the time.
Cons
* A lot of experience had recently left due to moving locations while simultaneously trying to go a no remote work route(They caved as it was turning into a crisis and started carving exceptions for all groups). * Most hiring seems to be overseas for cost reduction. * Employees are shifted rather than hired to avoid paying higher salaries. Swapping companies or asking for a higher salary and being ready to walk is best for your long term career here. * Long term outlook has declined significantly for about every group at this location.
