Pros
It is good work life balance . if you wanna do a colling off period then yes this is a good place to come after grad school but get out within a year or two else you get stuck into the whole political climate around.
Cons
Lots of them. Aptiv as a company has serious issues in management and innovation. the company leadership is cripples with politics and mdeiocre people who are at higher positions and taking the shots or making decisions. On a local level, people are good at Agoura office, however, majority of those good people are on the retirement side so the company lacks a serious leadership that can really push them forward. way too much politics for a company of this size. I mean average IQ guys doing politics is kinna sad. People with high IQ are simply inactive or getting ready to retire.
