Pros

I’ve worked woth other summer sales companies and had to worry about operations and training limiting my growth and ability to maximize my time. Yet, from day one with Aptive I have not only been able to set my goals and have my only roadblock be myself, but I have had transparent access to corporate management and company performance. This has allowed me to KNOW what to expect and trust the program. The training, support, experience, and infrastructure has allowed me to accomplish financial and professional growth that I could not have imagined possible.

Cons

If you aren’t ready for a job that requires your best effort and maturity, it can be a very tough experience. I think that is an attribute of most summer sales companies, but we actually practice turning people away who aren’t ready for the level of commitment we like to maintain. So turning good people away is hard.

Pros

Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

Cons

It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
