There is a lot of dishonesty; my recruiter lied, HR was aware of it and did not stand behind the offer. For the amount of work you have to do, it does not pay well. The communication was very poor, not only from leadership to representatives, but to customers as well. Sales agents were allowed to be dishonest and this impacted the customer experience in a negative way and there was no resolve. The training was abysmal and there is very little diversity.
