Pros
The owners are incredibly transparent about their vision for the company, especially in growing and developing each department. They are willing to work with you and achieve your ultimate goals both within your career and on a work-life balance level. They listen, they understand, and they support their team on a level like no other. Our team now, is incredibly diverse and everyone has unique qualities and experiences that bring something special to the table. They stick up for their employees and give a tremendous amount of training for new hires. Their processes and procedures are strongly in place so you know exactly what you need, what to expect, and how to do your job. They celebrate your small and large victories and make you feel valued. Above all else they sell a quality product that I firmly believe in.
Cons
I think they could improve on proper marketing and sales. They have a great clientele however they have been so focused on developing quality products/software and supporting said clientele (which is a good thing) that marketing this product to a wider audience took a back seat in the past. It seems as now they recognize that and are starting to ramp that up. Good quality accounting software specializing in the construction industry is extremely hard to find and they have it. All companies have difficulties and issues within their company. It's noticing them and how you work through them that matters the most. They do that well!
