- As a developer, there is a full stack of technology to learn, and an interesting domain (hydrology) to apply it to - Working for this company, you will actually be "doing good" by making tangible contributions to solving the earths water problems - Great people from top to bottom, some of the best I've ever worked with - For a small company, pay is good
Cons
- still a relatively small company, sometimes this means less room for advancement - to be successful at A.I. you need to embrace the science of hydrology, which can be a bit dry to some
