Easy to change your schedule to fit your needs and for the most part work with chill people.
Cons
Not many benefits if you work part-time, big disconnect between lifeguards and supervisors or our boss. Not much respect for those who need to leave early due to situations. Favoritism is quite unfair as those who get the favoritism tend to get away with way more than say the average guard and are allowed to leave early and do just about anything they want.
