Pros
The Good: • Fully remote • Decent benefits
Cons
Aquent loves to sell “change” as a good thing but really, it’s just constant chaos dressed up in buzzwords. Reorg after reorg, no clear direction, and leadership seems to be guessing as they go. You’ll hear a lot of talk about “adaptability” and “growth mindset,” but it’s mostly code for “we have no idea what we’re doing.” The Bad: • No real training…. you’re thrown in the deep end and expected to swim • Extremely metrics-driven to the point of burnout • Micromanagement • Upper management is disconnected from reality • Toxic environment for working moms or anyone who needs flexibility • “Unlimited PTO” but you’ll be guilted if you actually use it • Everything revolves around the bottom line, not people. Talent, clients, or employees…. it doesn’t matter as long as the numbers look good. If you’re self-taught, thrive in chaos, and don’t mind sacrificing your sanity for KPIs, you might survive here. But if you value culture, support, or long-term growth, look elsewhere.
