Cons
Very micromanaged environment with little support or patience shown towards employees, both from management and some team members. There was often an expectation to take on responsibilities far beyond the actual job role, with little to no appreciation or recognition for the extra work. The overall culture felt quite toxic, particularly due to management styles across teams. Requests were often delivered as demands rather than respectful conversations, which created a stressful atmosphere. Work-life balance did not seem to be valued, and there was a strong expectation that work should come before everything else. Unfortunately, it was not a positive environment to work in. Management often seemed to forget that employees are human beings with lives beyond their 9–5 jobs. It’s quite sad that some people appear to find their only sense of fulfilment in the small amount of authority they have at work, rather than creating a supportive and respectful environment for their staff. Personally, I would not recommend working here. Since then, I have had the opportunity to work with international global companies in multiple different countries where the culture is very different. There, employees are treated with respect and equality, kindness is part of the day to day environment which makes all of the difference.
