Honestly, where to begin? If the people leading this company were to look up the definition of the word "organisation" in the dictionary, they would be stunned because it would be the first time they've actually encountered the word and it's meaning.
This place is full of "yes" men and middle management that hide their lack of skills by treating the teams they're supposed to support as punching bags. Toxic behaviour is the norm and rewarded, while the people that raise concerns about it are shrugged off by an HR team that is about as useful as a paper umbrella in a monsoon.
Leadership is clueless and fully supports this unmanageable workplace dynamic, but hey, as long as they get their bonuses, who cares? You could have an excellent yearly performance review with all signs pointing to a positive outlook, only to be pulled into a meeting with HR a couple of weeks after and be told you're let go on some invented reason just to save the company some money.
Good performers have been consistently let go without cause, just to save costs and outsource to Costa Rica or India.
This company is the modern day corporate equivalent of a clown circus where everyone is squirting water at each other hoping it won't be their turn getting wet.
