      The pay was good. I really enjoyed working with most of the other employees within Arbor.

      Cons

      Arbor's lending platforms function in separate silos within the company. The communication is poor and incentives aren't shared properly to encourage good teamwork across these silos.

      Hybrid work schedule was nice.

      Cons

      Upper management is clueless to the daily operations of their staff and refuse to listen to the experts in their fields. Pay is low compared to other companies in the same industry. Respect is non existent if management doesn’t “like you”. At one point before I left, I was waking up with so much anxiety that I would throw up daily. This place isn’t good for mental health.
