      Excellent benefits and wages with PTO. Happy to work without micro-management, This company is moving in an advanced direction of automation to allow for its' consistent growth in the market. Excellent training and resources for further advancement opportunities.

      Hybrid work schedule was nice.

      Cons

      Upper management is clueless to the daily operations of their staff and refuse to listen to the experts in their fields. Pay is low compared to other companies in the same industry. Respect is non existent if management doesn’t “like you”. At one point before I left, I was waking up with so much anxiety that I would throw up daily. This place isn’t good for mental health.
