This situation is further compounded by HR's inability to address these fundamental issues effectively. The substandard training provided to nursing staff raises serious concerns regarding client safety and care quality. The organizational culture appears to be characterized by favoritism, rewarding those who accept unsustainable workloads and silencing dissenting voices. This creates a climate of fear, discouraging constructive feedback and inhibiting necessary organizational improvements. The lack of responsiveness from Human Resources to employee concerns exacerbates this sense of vulnerability. The cumulative effect of these challenges is a pervasive sense of instability and insecurity among employees.
