      Pros

      Most folks I directly worked with were fantastic. Big clients, free lunches/snacks/drinks as per other Glassdoor reviews. Comfy office near flat iron and Madison square park was nice.

      Cons

      Rude owners and some others. Certain things promised during the hiring process that are always pushed back every few months with new reasons/excuses. Lots of busy work and fake niceness, but that’s how entry level jobs in the industry go— just the nature of the beast. Would not recommend to a friend.

      This is for both Arcade Edit and Timber VFX: Down to earth employees Good camaraderie Treat employees like human beings versus a number Lots of support from upper management Understanding of life outside of work You get to work on all the big clients / great spots for your reel

      Late nights, but that's how production is everywhere
