Pros
Variety of Work, ability to gain a lot of experience in short time Most/some of my co-workers are great people. Salary is great and Benefits are good.
Cons
Too much focus on metrics/billable hours. Lots of pressure/ stress comes from this. I would agree with other reviews that this leads to alienation. Many times I've felt like I am expected to work 50-60 hour weeks, sacrificing my personal life to achieve a extremely high billable goal. And that my co-workers who live by this model, look down upon me/ alienate me. Company culture too corporate. Very hierarchical. Could do a lot more to foster a positive, warm culture. Have had 2 bosses in 1.5 years, second one just left. Lot's of shake ups within company.
