Pros
Overall a good experience. There are many things to be learned and it is good working on international projects. Bosses are kind and easy to talk to. Good benefits (with HMO), sufficient vacation leaves, HR process, and no trouble on labor law.
Cons
Tasks can be monotonous especially on bigger projects with many revisions. There are deadlines which requires much overtime but there are also times where there are too much downtime (no tasks). I think that can be balanced out with the overtime. Promotion is slow and compensation is below average to average and not that competitive. Some local and international companies in the country offer up to twice the salary. Annual increase is very low and not based on the Performance Review. Salary increase with regards to promotion is average to below average. Performance Review is done after the annual salary increase which should be the other way around.
