      Work from culture is good. Can apply leave and get it approved. Don't need to ask permission.

      Cons

      Feel like beating the same bush. Salary hike is low. If you are someone, who wants to earn for timepass, then this company is for you. But if you aim to earning more, please choose another. Or while onboarding itself, park for higher compensation. Because later they won't give you any hike. Only favourites will get hike.
