Pros
Growing Fast and when I contributed to the overall growth It was recognized. I think the team is in a sweet spot of growth and leanness.
Cons
Lots of learning without structure. The softwares they use change so fast that even when SOPs were made they would become outdated quickly. Would not recommend to people who can't keep up with a fast paced work environment.
