We have a thorough performance review process that involves gathering feedback from multiple sources, including clients, peers, and colleagues, to ensure fairness and accuracy. Fabricated or biased performance reviews are not possible under our comprehensive evaluation system. We would also like to emphasize that we have a strong commitment to fostering a respectful and inclusive work environment. So while we appreciate receiving feedback, we suspect that this review may be fake due to the discrepancies in the information provided and the fact that there has been no termination of a senior QA in the last few months, as this review seems to indicate.
