Pros
The work has been steady for the last 40 years for me. Started as a mechanic than a mechanic welder now in administrative position the last 5 years.
Cons
More money has to be spent on keeping this place running. I really think that upper management is not keeping Lakshmi Mittal informed. I find it hard to believe he doesn't know what really is going on.
