      Salary and benefits . Working normal hours

      Cons

      Boss was just a horrible micromanager, loved playing favourites. Daily meetings which were meamt to last 15mins but always turned into 1hr used to target individuals and probe for weaknesses . Loved making ppl feel small and insecure
