This company did a giant overhaul in the past year. Terminating top players and replacing them with money-hungry fear mongers. There are definitely people making top dollar, but at what cost? Customers are being lied to and manipulated. Once T-Mobile catches on, they use underlings as scapegoats and terminate them even though they were taught by upper management. Devices and features being added to accounts without consent. People work without breaks but then management adjust their hours to stay compliant. People work alone on the sales floor at night and in unsafe areas to boot.

HR is aware but is a right hand to the CSO. Complaints fall on deaf ears.
