Speaking of gaming the system, that’s pretty much a job requirement with arch. Figure out how to do the slimiest possible sale find the loopholes and abuse them until corporate closes them. It’s such a shame, Arch has been such a great place to work. The last year with upper management changes it’s apparent the company isn’t the same “Archtelecom” anymore.
Cons
If you look at the graph of reviews and ratings you can literally pinpoint the start of the decline. This is a “good ole boys” club. If you aren’t an insider forget about ever moving up. They claim to hire within while every major move from DM up has been an outside hire the last year. Get in, make your money, get out.
