      Management is really good. No work pressures. Work from home option is available. In simple terms, its really superb.

      Pros

      ArchFront head/manager is very good and co-operative. Technically you can get to learn more. Free lunch :). Good company for freshers and middle level experience people. Overall you will feel good working there. Work from home is added advantage.

      Cons

      No pre-defined process (as expected from small companies). Need to extend work hours when needed (not always anyhow). Accountant is not that responsible. Have to literally beg for info and details or form 16 and other from Accountant. Few times I felt the Manager or head takes things for granted and might hurt you if you are sensitive.

      Free food Great manager. the manager here is very good and you will be taken care of very well. Work from home when ever you want.

      Cons

      Parent company is not good Work can ger boring sometimes Racist colleagues in US
