There was no clear or proper explanation of procedures at any stage.Previously, deposits made directly into my account often took a long time, so they suggested using OTC trades instead. Initially, this worked well. However, since the New Year, the situation has changed drastically.I made a large deposit into my account, fully known to the company in advance. Without any prior notice or warning, my funds were suddenly placed on hold. For the past nine days, I have repeatedly tried to get an update or clarification, but there has been no meaningful response. They continue to send the same generic messages, and in recent days they have completely ignored my emails.There is no way to contact them by phone—only by email, which they appear not to monitor. This shows absolute disregard for clients and a highly unprofessional approach.I have never experienced anything like this before. I am already discussing this matter with Financial Ombudsman (FOS) in order to address the irresponsible handling of this situation. Be extremely cautious with this company. They are still holding a significant amount of my funds, with no proper updates provided and a complete lack of respect for their clients
