Pros

The best thing about TrustToken is the people that work here. There are some amazingly talented and great individuals in the company, and that is the real strength of this company. The work is done remotely, and the overall energy level is high. Workers are treated exceptionally well by the People department of the company.

Cons

The downside of working at TrustToken is the inexperienced leadership (not all the leadership is inexperienced). This leads to negative experiences that break down the workplace trust and morale. Workload is heavy. Many people work well into the evenings and some over weekends. Negotiating your salary may be difficult depending on your position. A few types of workers are asked to show up in person despite a remote role. If you are not in the Bay Area, you may be excluded from certain events (this is not the company's fault, and People department does their best to make everyone feel very included). Though full of great people, this is not a diverse workforce.

Pros

My experience at ArchBlock was positive! The company has a great culture of openness, and there is a true all for one attitude. Work life balance was also great as every manager emphasized the importance of taking time off!

Cons

The industry Archblock is in is not a stable one, be prepared for ups and downs, typical with small start ups.

Pros

-Company direction and vision is promising -The current team is very knowledgable in their areas of expertise and have a very strong team dynamic -My manager trusts my abilities and allows me to explore new projects and be involved so I can grow my skillset -Being a start-up, there's a lot to do but you get to learn a lot very quickly -The people who currently work here are do-ers and have the "get stuff done" mentality so the team dynamic is very strong and collaborative

Cons

-Because there's so much to do, people can easily get burnt out -Not a lot of operational structures put in place so at times it can be a bit chaotic (people who need constant guidance on what to do will not be as successful here) -The culture between upper leadership and the rest of the team is awkward and is an area of improvement
