Room for growth It is a great working environment and the team members are always looking to help one another to get the job done. The head of client experience cares about each individual on her team and goes above and beyond ensuring they succeed. The CEO is down to earth and very approachable, he knows his employees names, and he communicates regularly with the company. The job can be stressful and hours can be long at times yet it is still a positive working environment. Enrollment in the 401k program with a 4% company match begins once you have been with the company for 6 months.
