Pros
Some of the people were amazing and made the job worthwhile. The company had years and years of experience in the GRC/IRM space and it was nice to be the veteran in the industry.
Cons
Management with the transition from Dell to STG was bad. No other way to put it. The bonus structure for consulting was convoluted and paid off of utilization. However, utilization was calculated on all week days and was inclusive of holidays/vacation/sick-time so making bonus in Q4 was basically impossible.
