Great goals, great science, terrible operations leadership - Project Manager ArcherDX Employee Review

Unreasonable and unrealistic expectations from management. Terrible communication between people implementing and managements desires and deadlines. Leadership is young men promoting each other. Random frequent "reorganization" layoffs only to repost the same roles weeks later. Operations leader is a terrible leader who doesn't listen, rewards yes men, screams at others, and will actively undermine the work of people and departments he doesn't get along with. Those reporting to him are miserable. HR does nothing because he is related to those on the board.
