Toxic work environment - Associate Consultant Archetype Employee Review

I'm sharing my experience at Archetype Office to shed light on the toxic environment that many face. From day one, I was thrown into tasks without any training or support, expected to deliver results under impossible conditions. The lack of HR policies meant there was no safety net for addressing concerns. Despite for working close to a decade, my manager was very unprofessional. Senior management often promotes those who flatter them rather than those who truly deserve recognition. Their disdain for newcomers was palpable. The culture fostered hostility, with colleagues often making vulgar comments or trapping you in situations to undermine your confidence. It felt like a game where the goal was to make you falter, all while the senior team defended their own, even at the cost of losing capable employees. This environment drained my energy and self-worth, making it hard to stay motivated.
