Exotic office locations, nice employees, and most importantly a lot of responsibility is given to you here and you can learn lots of different things about the job you maybe could not at a bigger firm. Expat employees start out with 24 paid days off a year.
Cons
Many projects are pushed out the door quickly and some of the clients they take on are not quality. Your portfolio may suffer. Pay is not the best and if you are not in the headquarters office good luck trying to get anything from them or make a complaint.
