Pros
Good opportunity for anyone coming from a retail/restaurant background Mostly flexible schedule, plus two wfh days. A lot of really good people in the company.
Cons
Advancement opportunities exist, but with no clear path to achieve them. Seems to be based on how well you’re liked, what account you’re on, and who you’re related to. One person will be told they need to do things outside of their account to move up while the next person is told they need to settle down on one account for a while to move up. Then neither get promoted when the next year rolls around and will be given a completely new task and reason for why they weren’t promoted. Insurance and benefits really lacking outside of VA Beach office. The pay is average to below average for the industry. No incentive to do anything more than the bare minimum as the hardest working employee gets the same yearly raise as the one putting out the least effort. Internal systems very slow and outdated, and company would rather bandaid existing systems instead of get new ones.
