      Pros

      While specializing in historic restoration, the firm attracts beautiful projects that you can learn so many sides of the field on. The other offices were nice and welcoming.

      Cons

      Leadership stifles creativity, impacts productivity, and creates discontent among talented employees. The firm's potential remains tragically unrealized.
