Pros
Lots of opportunities. Hard workers will be noticed and given additional responsibilities. You will learn a lot in a short period of time. You are expected to be autonomous and do your job to the best of your ability. High performers are respected. Ownership will push you to your limits but never ask you to do something they would not do themselves.
Cons
Lots of turnover. Unclear vision from ownership. Most stressful place I have ever worked. Employees go through intense mental stress. Not for the underperformer, or those who want to coast. You will not last. Ownership will push you to your limits. (This is a pro and a con).
