Flexible working approach is great

Poor, incompetent toxic management. Decision making process is bad and a toxic culture within the team is a norm.the reason there is a high staff turnover.

Good culture, friendly colleagues and flexible working

Pay below average, now pay or progression structure with lots of disparity between salaries in the same departments for the same job role. New starters getting paid more than people who’ve worked there for years due to going rate on the time of job offer while loyal staff gets left behind due to the lack of any substantial pay increase over the years, essentially doing more and more work with increasing responsibility for less pay than the people they are training.
