The pay is top notch. Most jobs there aren’t too difficult and it is also very easy to bid on jobs and move around within the company
Cons
With most jobs there your going to be working 60 hours a week. Especially when your new bc overtime goes by seniority. They also make you work doubles in some departments so you could have to work some 16 hour days every week
