      Unlimited PTO, flexibility, remote options, competitive pay, amazing leadership that cares about you as a person, supportive team members/coworkers, they promote from withing whenever they can.

      Cons

      High turnaround of employees, product updates. But overall I'm very happy with this company!

      Good experience with HRIS/SaaS software, exposure to complex customer issues, some good coworkers, and a few strong managers.

      Cons

      Support is undervalued, poor documentation, limited internal growth, weak communication, lack of recognition, questionable leadership decisions, and employees may feel punished for speaking up.
