The working environment here is not a very good one, upper management has there favorites and they can do whatever they want, ie show up late everyday, leave early, take long lunches etc., but if you are not one of them you will get written up. This place will also let you go, even if you are doing a good job, if one of the favorites doesn't like you and wants you out. In order to do this legally they have a sheet that you sign when you get hired that states you agree to be fired without cause, how is that for a good company to work for. They say they will match 401k but never do and they are always saying the company is not making money during bonus time, so they don't have to pay you hardly anything, but they always seem to be busy with work.
